From purchasing a first home, to finding someone’s next investment or vacation property, Carla Atwal makes her clients’ dreams a reality. “Real estate opens doors for personal goals and dreams, whether big or small,” says Carla. “I enjoy getting to know people and their interests, and I live for seeing how I can best match them with a home that suits their needs and lifestyle.”
As a former associate for the Society of Petroleum Engineers, Carla executed marketing plans and sold exhibit space for large and small conferences ranging from Houston’s Offshore Technology Conference, to worldwide shows in Jakarta, Indonesia. For the last fourteen years she has worked alongside her husband and top-producing real estate agent, Joe Atwal, in the marketing, buying and selling of residential properties across the county. Together, they offer a real estate team founded on integrity, trust and great relationships.
“Our goal is to deliver a seamless transaction experience and unparalleled customer service for every client regardless of price point,” says Carla. “We feel blessed to do what we love – find people homes and change lives. It is so rewarding to bring the dream of homeownership to our clients, who often become lifelong friends.”
A graduate of Texas Tech University, with an agency background in marketing and advertising, Carla knows how to best market your home. Her timeliness, strong attention to detail and extensive local knowledge make her a trusted advisor who invests in keeping clients informed. She understands the importance of global connections in today’s marketplace and joins Keller Williams Realty International – the number one producing office in Dallas/Ft. Worth – to maximize the industry’s strongest global network.
Coupled with her husband’s experience in financial planning and sales, Carla and Joe are a powerful force in Dallas real estate that delivers proven results. They live happily with their two children in the close-knit community of Grapevine and Colleyville – a place they have called home for more than 14 years. “I love when you go to the grocery store, around town and always see two or three people you know. A strong sense of community is important to us,” says Carla.
She stays active by participating in Grapevine Crossfit, a workout program that promotes a healthy, active lifestyle and offers friendships and opportunity for both. She also volunteers for National Charity League and other organizations that give back, from helping with special needs children, to getting pets adopted. You’ll also find the Atwals participating in fun city events like Grapefest and Holly Colley – they never miss an opportunity to connect with their neighbors.
