With little more than a hope and a dream, Joe Atwal’s father relocated his family from Punjab, India to the United States in 1974, leaving his homeland behind in hopes of a brighter future for his kids. A young boy at the time, Joe watched his father, steadfast and determined, support the family by purchasing rental properties and turning them for a profit. Joe became fascinated with the idea of helping people find homes, and later would make it his life’s work to help others like he and his father before him, achieve the American Dream.
As a former financial planner and stock broker at renowned firms AG Edwards and HD Vest Financial, Joe learned the importance and critical nature of buying and selling. For over 17 years, Joe has translated his knack for sales and investments into successful outcomes for his clients, by exercising skillful negotiations, local expertise and international knowledge to get the deal done. “My number one priority is keeping my clients informed and educated,” says Joe. “I want them to walk away feeling like they received the best service and the best possible price, while gaining a friend along the way.”
